The Story of ReCellience

A journey from regenerative medicine to intelligent beauty.

2001

It Started with Curiosity

Marcelle and her husband, Dr Britton, have always shared a fascination with the body’s ability to heal itself. As a nurse and medic, Marcelle saw firsthand how resilience lives in our very cells - and that spark of curiosity led them into the world of regenerative medicine.

2015

Building a Foundation in Regenerative Science

In 2015, Marcelle joined forces with leading researchers from Monash and Melbourne Universities to co-found New Zealand’s first expanded stem-cell clinic. Their mission was simple but bold: to explore how ethical, science-backed cellular therapies could help the body restore and renew from within.

2023

Bridging Medicine and Beauty

Years of studying exosomes - the body’s natural cell-to-cell communicators - opened a new door. What if this same regenerative power could be used to support skin health and slow visible aging, gently and intelligently? That question became the heartbeat of Exosome Beauty.

2025

The Birth of ReCellience

ReCellience was created to bring this breakthrough science into everyday self-care. Each mask delivers purified, human-derived exosomes that work in harmony with your skin’s natural rhythm - helping it look and feel renewed, calm, and radiant.

It’s where science meets renewal... helping your skin slow the visible signs of aging and rediscover its natural vitality.

Meet the Team

CEO

Marcelle Noble

Marcelle is an experienced medical professional with a lifelong dedication to health, science, and regenerative wellbeing. A former nurse and ambulance medic, Marcelle brings decades of frontline healthcare experience together with a deep curiosity for innovation in cellular medicine.

In 2015, alongside Professor Richard Boyd (Monash University) and Professor Andrew French (University of Melbourne), she co-founded the first expanded stem cell clinic in New Zealand - pioneering safe and ethical stem cell extraction and expansion in a state-of-the-art PC2 laboratory.

As the Founder and CEO of Exosome Beauty, Marcelle now leads the next evolution of regenerative skincare through ReCellience - a breakthrough home treatment harnessing the power of human-derived exosomes to restore and renew skin from within. Her mission is to bridge advanced medical science with accessible, elegant beauty solutions that truly transform the way women experience aging and self-care.
